Find a home inspector you can trust with Blue Line Home Inspections

Things have been hectic with my move and I can't remember if I left a review or not but if I did it is worth repeating. Travis did an excellent job with my home inspection. It was very thorough, detailed and easy to read. I saw the inspection report on the house I was selling and there was no comparison as to the quality of inspection that Travis did. Had the privilege of having my first ever self-bought home inspected by Mr. Ellis. His utmost professionalism and home knowledge made the ordeal painless, and his explanations of some of the things we went over during the walk through provided crystal clear clarification as to what the discrepancy was and how to correct said discrepancy when the time came. He also provided clear and concise information regarding who I should call to fix certain things if I decided to go about correcting an issue myself. He was incredibly friendly and personable throughout the process which always brings a sincere feeling that someone truly appreciates and cares about what they're doing and that you're getting the most for your money.

Making the initial appointment for the inspection was incredibly simple, and Mr. Ellis made me feel as though my schedule was important to him and he was willing to be flexible to accommodate and work with me on a time frame so I could be there during the inspection. I was also informed that they provide a military discount to those who have served which made everything that much greater. A company that supports its men and women in uniform deserves all the praise in the world in my opinion.

I received my final report just a few hours after the inspection and it was put together professionally and was very well organized and easy to navigate through. I feel I am more than ready to take on my first new self-bought home now and I feel assured that I'm not moving into any unwanted surprises that's going to cost me an arm and a leg down the road.
